But is that really possible? What is really on your plate? To find out, ABC News goes out to lunch to some of the popular national restaurant chains that advertise special meals designed for dieters and other health-conscious consumers. Viewers interested in knowing about the fat, carb and calorie content of these special meals should tune in before ordering their next meal. ABC News visited six of the top seven casual dining chains that cater to people watching their weight, and ordered some of the healthy meals and some regular meals to go.
