We all know that the vegetables are good for us. So why is everyone, refrigerators contain a sad mess of lameness, wilting vegetables week after week?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have published his study of behaviour in the fruit and vegetable consumption in America, and the results are pretty grim.
Only 26 percent of American adults eat vegetables three or more times a day.
This is actually less than half of what was expected for public health officials.
But, according to Harry Balzer, the main industry of the enterprise market, NPD Group research analyst:
There is nothing to say that it shall ensure that the people to eat more vegetables.
Sincerely I do not agree with Harry, but I suppose that some of the main issues that prevent people, including:
