Fitness of children manifest

We have a fight on our hands.

A struggle to reclaim a physical culture, which I suspect has become lost in this generation actual.Una task of this magnitude requires a basic understanding of the needs of children from a perspective of inspiration, development and physics.

The following is a primer on some philosophies of fitness of children, bullet point and how we can help retrieve the health of our young people through the activity.

The ultimate fitness initiative of any child is instilling a joy for the activity to be carried out adult. One of the most important things that we can provide the children is the importance of enjoying central nervous system of develops spontaneously, but also consists of the type of activity. There are critical and sensitive periods of neural development dependent on Physics activity.Children get best to move on the opportunity, experience, reward, orientation, and appropriate incentives. For small children (under 9), fun and play should be the centerpiece of the activity. You should not be "work". That said, there must be an element of fun in any age.Trying to teach complex skills or designing "works" has no sense for children under the age of 6, as are egocentric. Imposition of sets and reps of young children is a way for deprivation of play.Machines are not safer - how to move correctly is.Slowly enter, rather than force activity in inclusive environments of children.Creating are vital for the enjoyment of the variety of all.Incorporate learning: vary the stimulus, including land, the situation or the activity.Repetition (in the context of the variety) is a good thing. Children need repetition to build familiarity - generating expertise - based trust. Principles of sport specialization is detrimental to the general welfare of most children's mental and physical. 6 - 9 Year - old: this age group should focus on discovery - put the value in the attempt (not correct form). Integrate basic skills such as running, climbing, crawling, skip and jump.As the progress of children in age and physical and emotional maturity, adding technical skills as needed.There is no such thing as "good" or "bad" coordination.Coordination is a multifaceted including balance, spatial awareness and rhythm concept, to appoint a few.It very well for children to fail, and yes even cry - it generates resistance and ability to adapt. children need not be relegated to an emotion.(Note: this does not mean try and "make them cry", only means that children get frustrated at times and that we need to tell them that is well feel that way) .Seize all opportunities that can go out and be active with their hijos.Hacer walks, excursions by bike, swim or play a sport with them.
