Hello everyone! I need some advice. I am 5 ' 6, 155 kg female and I am 32 years old. Let me start to try and get pregnant the month next and which need to drop some weight before getting pregnant (fingers crossed happens it on the first attempt). My weight is found in my hips and cylinder head. I've been watching what I have been eating and trying to refresh a time every day (its approximately 5 miles). I started a "diet":
Breakfast:
1 cup of skim milk, coffee, splenda
1 Pocket Breakfast hot lean
Snack
1 cup of motts Apple sauce
Lunch
Lean cuisine food
Snack
1 string cheese
Dinner
Lean cuisine food
Desert (Sometimes)
I will have a Skinny cow ice cream sandwich
I am still not dropping weight and I am afraid of gaining weight to any asesoramiento.Realmente bebé.Ayudará wanted to lose 20 pounds, but I do not think it can happen. what advice? thanks for reading!
