I am a male, 5 ' 10 ", 147 pounds, 4-6 times per week during approx. 2 hrs exercise by exercise."My workouts are intense, as they train for mountain bike racing is not unusual for a stroll of 2 hr to gain altitude of 3000 feet, which, when combined with technical field such as rocks and high altitude compensates for quite an expense of calories.
Do some fitness basic: pull ups, lizards, etc., no heavy lifting involucrado.Mi asked is: what is the best approach to lose a couple pounds without losing any muscle mass.?
The reason why I am asking is because last summer I was 2 kg lighter and really helps on long ascents, however had a drawback of weak sense sometimes when exceeding a large rock or another obstacle requiring raw muscle strength for a few seconds at a time.
