Recently registered another post regarding the loss of weight, before they become pregnant. My problem is that I work FT and get home late at times and I am tired and lazy when meals. I have been eating well read kitchens that didn't seem to help me lose weight. They eat cause are so easy and also controlled but I hear loaded with salt. Therefore, what is good to eat? My previous post, people suggested eating vegs/fruits. I appreciate that I now need to know what to eat. Anyone can recommend a diet or resources for quick recipes. I do not I eat salad for the month following but honestly if that is what will work much.Once pregnant, you don't want to eat salads also because I want to make sure that the baby will get the nutrition. do take a multi-vitatmin, every day is enough?
I am a white female, 5 ' 6, 155 pounds, 32 years old, and I want to lose about 20 pounds by the end of October. I always wanted to lean legs as that is where my lies weight: butt, hips and I am now seeing cellulite in my arms I never had the (I have on my thighs). I need help guys. Do you also try and Beba much water - how much though? I'm so clueless. You should also try and jog everyday, I am not consistent in because I try and go at night and I "m tired."I'm not an early bird but how to change and waking up at 6 am to go racing! Can someone help, please!I feel gross.One of the worst parts is that they feel muscle by virtue of the fat, but not to lose.
