Today I did a class "guts, boots and thighs"
It felt like a workout quite well, but I am in shape, so wasn't sure that hear their other was how much pain but idk if I will be feeling.
the class was an hour and then spoke to the instructor and asked her how many calories that she believes that burned. She said, of course, depends on weight, to my knowledge, but it is estimated that around 600 is a anaerobic class cardio and strength.
Within a class I ran 3 miles, 2 were a jog, and 1 was a six-minute mile
Then I did some testing of ab more and more leg workouts during 20 minutes
is considered that this moderate exercise or exercise hard?
This will probably be only be a cause of week class is only one day a week for 1 day
tomorrow I will probably about 5 miles run and make a 30-45 minutes of strength training

Thursday: be a cardio kickboxing class for an hour and then probably run 2 miles, then a hip hop class
When do force for 30 min.
sat FRI usually breaks
but I could go to a club where I dance for at least 2 hours nonstop and thats gotta be some exercise
and another day you probably go for a walk of 3-5 mile
but weekends are generally holidays
is considered to be the main point that would be my moderate or heavy exercise?
