To make diets work--How to finally lose the weight and it from


Name a diet ... any diet. It does not work. Try to name another diet. No, no good. It does not work. No diets work. Don't Misunderstand me, eating habits can help you lose weight, but it is only half the battle. What about weight regain?

Diet works today, not because they focus on weight loss, the easy part. The hard part, you are not gaining the weight back ... It is called weight regain.Interestingly, the same eating habits that will help you lose weight, end up causing weight regain. This is why diets don't work.

A diet is Just A Diet

Diet cause weight loss, by promoting a menu with fewer calories. nothing more and nothing less. Eat fewer calories, create a negative energy balance (an energy deficit), make use of stored energy to make up the deficit and lose. There you have it!

To make it even better for you, they have to do this in the quickest possible time with the lowest possible weight loss. rapid and extreme weight loss, supported by a majority of diet plans on the market today, causes diet shock and ultimately weight regain.

The consequence of weight regain is Yo-Yo Diet.This is a bad cycle lose weight, gain the weight back and lose it again; this pattern of weight changes have recently proved to be a significant health risk.

Yo-yo dieting is as much of a health risk as obesity. so you just give up and accept "the dog If you do that, and dog if you do not" mentality? Absolutely not!

Obesity is a major risk factor for many weight related diseases, this has not been changed; you need options, which will lead to weight loss without causing weight regain.

You have a way to lose weight, prevent diet shock and promote a State that keeps weight. What are your options?

1. Stop dieting and start practising as your only means of weight loss.

2. Diet as usual, but add steps to prevent diet shock and weight regain.
