What is your "Non-diet ' diet thinking?

Six years ago I began a lifestyle transition to live and eat from a "non-diet" diet. Counting calories and using a scale does not cut it for me. I was looking to cultivate a balance in my body and on the way I live; I started to change my health through enjoyment of life's pleasures.

The first task, I went on was to create awareness around my food, from the environment in which food was grown in the atmosphere, I create when eat my meal. It was revolutionary for me because I had the opportunity to see first hand the effects of how these important roles has a nourishing effect on my body.By attention to a few simple principles, can you help your system absorb high levels of the source of nourishment from everything you eat; I was and still is totally sold in this secret to eat in your consciousness, pleasure and quality of food.

I realize that eat a pleasant well balanced diet is not simple, easy, or a quick solution. If we all had an iron to live in this ideal way, so there will be no need for nutrition programs or books. together we will begin to take steps towards mastering the mental part of living and eating well.

Prioritize your priority
Your first priority objectives is actually not to lose or to drop a jean size. You are probably shocked! But Wait ...This is so good. First, it is important to change the way you think about food and your lifestyle Lose weight and installation; in smaller jeans is simply perks. It may have taken you months or, in some cases years to be where you are, so don't expect to reverse the unhealthy habits within a few weeks.Start with your awareness and lifestyle.

Flavoring your life through your palette
A healthy diet consists of experiencing all the six tastes at each meal.Your taste buds enjoy do not become bored. Eat the same food in the same way, more food just to get the same pleasure. When my clients first coming to me, they tend to have no black, so they eat in volume to seek satisfaction in place of interaction for taste, texture and nutrition, which come from a sophisticated meal.

Translate a bit of food comfort for voltage! This is the perfect opportunity to try foods and flavors you have never tried before. Choose quality over quantity and pick things in season! If you choose high quality organic food is great for you and the environment!

When meal program becomes a sanctuary of your own
Learn to know your neighborhood market, not corner supermarket. Farmers markets have bright in season vegetables and fruit packed with everything needed for your body. As a bonus gives you the environment the same nutrition it needs! When you shop for food, buy only what you need for the next few days so that food in your refrigerator becomes the need-to-eat-basis. Begin to cook at home, so you can see and learn what you put in your body. Reduce unknowns of prepared foods, especially the processed forms. It is also important to transform your evening meal for a grand event for yourself.

A special Moment Designed and distress for you

Dust and bring your favorite plates and decent diapers to highlight the seriousness and the pleasure of this activity; you are worth the best! Eat slowly and chewing properly not only brings awareness you, but also helps you digest food.
